The California Jazz Championships 2024 Friday Night Concert event features THE NEW YORK SEVEN, a septet of extraordinary professional jazz musicians from New York City. (Please go to liveperformingartsacademy.com to see the musician bios.) The concert includes special guest artists, the LPAA Jazz Ensemble and Vox Now.
The California Jazz Championships and the Friday Night Concert event are hosted by Live Performing Arts Academy (LPAA), a California non-profit public benefit corporation with 501(c)(3) status, supporting excellence in live music education and arts opportunities.
Beer and wine will be available for purchase to attendees (21 and over) inside the concert venue at LPAA's Now's the Time Club. You can purchase drink tickets in advance on this platform, as well as at the door.
All concert proceeds, including beverage and merchandise sales, support the California Jazz Championships 2024 event, which brings over 60 jazz ensembles of college, high school and middle school students from several states to the Palladio in Folsom, CA, to compete in the two-day festival (free to the public) on April 26 and 27, 2024.
